We set the standard for Unique and Extraordinary Service packages in the automotive retailing industry…in an enviroment of honor, loyalty, and respect for others.
We were excited (but pretty stupid!) when we bought the dealership back in 1986. I’m Tom Vann, and along with my brother, Fred, we thought we could sell, sell, sell because people liked us.
There’s quite a bit more to running a business…we just didn’t know it as we were 21 and 22 years old, respectively.
Over the years, though, we learned the importance of providing those things “extraordinary” to our clients, which allowed us to earn our way to an enormous amount of great friendships and increasing employment opportunities for our county.
